As the HR Assistant this position will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, assisting with new hire applicants, clients and prospect clients. In addition to HR skills we are looking for someone with excellent phone skills and customer handling skills on the phone. Some essential skills we are looking for are, excellent phone skills and customer handling skills.The HR Assistant will be screening applicants, perform phone interviews and face to face interview. You will be responsible for maintaining records of current employees and will need to be on call on weekends and after hours. Perform orientation of new employees. All applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
